Prof. Dhally M. Menda is a Senior Public Health Expert, Health Systems Management and Adolescent Health Specialist. He is an Associate Professor, Published Author, Change Specialist, Philanthropist, Preacher and Entrepreneur.

Prof. Menda is holder of a PhD in Public Health (Western Cape University, South Africa), a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) (Mancosa United University, South Africa), a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) (Western Cape University, South Africa), a Degree in Medicine (BSc MBChB) (UNILUS DRC), and a Diploma in Health Systems Management (DHSM) (Galilee International Management Institute, Israel).

Author of 20 Self-Leadership and Self-Help books, Prof. Menda has also published several scientific papers. He is a multi-lingual professional with more than 30 years of experience in clinical care, public health programme design and management, university lecturing, and life coaching. He is the Founder CEO of the Pencil Academy consulting firm, and Founder Trustee of Save The Girls (NGO: www.savethegirlszambia.org).

Prof. Menda sits on several boards and is a member of several national and international professional societies.

Claudia B. Kensela Mukenge is an experienced and detail-oriented lab analyst with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology and a minor in Computer Science from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, USA.

She is proficient in Statistical Data Analysis, Microbiology, Qualitative and Quantitative Chemical Analysis, Experimental Biology and Data Management.

Additionnally, she has a demonstrated history of working in web development and computer programming, and is eager to bring her strong design, social media, communication and copywriting skills to JMKF.

Claudia runs an e-commerce store called Momma Bearing (https://www.etsy.com/shop/MommaBearing) that specializes in handcrafted digital planners to help with organization, productivity, planning, goal setting. Some of the categories include productivity, personal finance and self-help, health and homemaking.
