  • K. Kensela

    Founder

    Mr. Sylvain Kalala Kensela is a national from the Democratic Republic of Congo currently residing in Zimbabwe as an investor since 1999. He is the CEO and CTO of Soft-IT Consultants International (Pvt.) Ltd, www.soft-it.com, a software engineering company, which he founded in 2001.

    Mr. Kensela worked for the United Nations (UNCTAD) as an International Computer Expert for 12 years. During this time, he had the opportunity to travel and work accross several African and European countries.

    Mr. Kensela is a seasoned software architect, a full-stack programmer and a business intelligence analyst. He is also a network expert and a digital designer. As such, he provides career advice to young IT professionals.

    His skills cover a wide-spectrum of modern and early-generation software engineering. Over the 35 years of professional experience Mr. Kensela has been providing practical integration and migration solutions to several organizations.

    He has conducted inumerable training and presentations for both the entrepreneurial sector and the ICT industry.

  • Mbiye Kalombo

    Co-Founder
    Director - Chairman of the Board of Directors

    Jean-Claude Mbiye-Kalombo is a legal assistant, graduated in Law at the University of Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Orientation Social and Economic Law.

    Mr Mbiye-Kalombo has several years of experience in the voluntary and humanitarian sector. He has legal and administrative skills including the analysis of problems and the drafting of various conventions and commitments.

    In his career, Mr. Mbiye has held various positions such as Legal and Administrative Attaché for the non-profit organization Humanitarian Foundation in Liège, Legal Advisor for the Human Rights League in Kinshasa, Public Relations for Associations such as Acolisa, Crepota and Sipea.

    Mr Mbiye has also worked for the Belgian Red Cross as a Humanitarian Standards Dissemination Trainer. As for project management and human resources, as assistant program manager, Mr Mbiye-Kalombo has collaborated in the design of development projects as well as in the elaboration and the management of activity schedules in various programs.

    Mr. Mbiye is a preacher of the Gospel, married and father of 5 children.

  • Sarah Bitota K.

    Administrator - Vice-President of the Board of Directors

    Sarah is the Chief Financial Officer at Soft-IT Consultants Int. (Pvt) Ltd that she joined since 2001. She is also an Executive Director in the Board and has been the Company Public Officer for more than 15 years.

    She holds a Bachelor Teaching Degree in English Literature and African Culture from Institut Supérieur Pédagogique Lubumbashi (ISP), DR Congo, and an international certification in 5 MBA courses from the International Labor Organization (ILO).

    Sarah is backed by more than 20 years of professional experience in Business Administration, Strategic Financial Management, Human Resources and Corporate governance.

    She has a particular interest for youth, especially for girls aspiring for mariage. Sarah is fluent in English and French.

  • Lohombo Ongona

    Co-Founder
    Director - Treasurer of the Board of Directors

    Elisabeth Lohombo Ongona graduated from a degree in Medico-Social Secretariat. Since 2011, she has been an administrative and financial assistant at the Local Mission for the Employment of Forest ASBL (socio-professional integration organization), in Brussels, Belgium, in the Personnel Department.

    Before that, Elisabeth worked during 15 years as a secretary administrative in various entities. She has a wealth of professional experience in service personnel, logistics and technical pole.

    Elisabeth is married and has 5 children.
